  • Eligibility for Returns: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receiving your product. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Certain products are non-refundable, including:
    • Opened and used makeup, skincare, or hair care products.
    • Products on sale or clearance, unless they are defective.

How to Return or Exchange an Item

  1. Contact Customer Service: Before returning or exchanging an item, please reach out to our customer service team at info@fixbinaa.com or call us at (660) 679-4258 to request a return authorization.
  2. Pack Your Return: If your return is approved, please carefully pack the item in its original packaging. Include the original receipt or proof of purchase.
  3. Ship the Return: Once you have received the return authorization, send the item back to the following address:

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, damaged product), we will cover the cost of return shipping.
  • If the return is due to a change of mind or personal preference, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fees.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team for assistance. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Defective Products
